Emergency Contacts

If you currently rent a property that is managed by Becker & Co please see below for out of hours emergency contact details should you have an emergency in your property.

 

These numbers are to be used in cases of emergencies only.

If your property is not managed by Becker & Co you should contact your landlord directly.

 

Please note that upon inspection if the contractor determines that the problem/fault is deemed a tenant responsibility/cause of damage then you will be held liable for the cost of the call-out and costs to repair the damage or fault in question.

 

At all other times any issues should be reported as normal through our offices.

 

If your property is located within a block of flats/development then in cases of communal issues/faults such as communal doors/lifts, communal parking, gates/barriers etc. then you should report these immediately to the managing agents of the block/development.
