Dear Tim I have rented 14 places over the past 11 years and have never encountered an agent as professional, efficient, reliable and polite as you. Phoning your office a couple of times when you haven't been there, your colleagues have also been helpful and knew what they were talking about. I have come to absolutely detest dealing with letting agents, but you have been exceptional and rather than being a source of stress, you have been wonderful. If only all agents were as good as you!
