Stuart has been actively involved in all aspects of Residential Estate Agency for almost 60 years. In 1990 Stuart established Becker & Co focusing on the Residential Letting and Management sector and even at the age of 81 years old he continues to play an active role within the company. His wealth of knowledge and experience in a constantly changing industry are still highly valuable to both his clients and his team. As a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a Member of ARLA, Stuart is highly regarded by many within the industry.

Tim Becker Partner

Tim started his working career in 1993 on the London International Financial Futures Exchange. He changed career path in 2001 moving over to the property industry working within West End agency as well as a niche Investment and Development practice. In 2008 Tim joined Becker & Co and has driven the company forward for almost 20 years. His client base extends from private landlords/vendors based in the UK to a large number of overseas clients ranging from Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Africa and as far afield as Australia. Tim offers his clients a truly bespoke level of service based on hard-work, trust and integrity.

Lucy joined Becker & Co 2013. She has nearly 20 years’ experience within the Property Industry having previously worked for one of the UK’s largest residential developers. As head of the Lettings department, she ensures that the lettings process is handled in a professional manner and all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. After almost a decade of outstanding work and achievement, Lucy became a Partner within the firm in 2021.

Steven started his working career in 1990 as a trader on the London International Financial Futures Exchange working for prestigious brokerage firms including Nomura and Deutsche Bank. More recently, Steven commenced working in the Property Industry with an established Estate Agency in the West Hampstead area before joining Becker & Co in March 2022 as Head of Property Portfolio looking after our client assets.
