Our management service ranges from rent collection and payment into the Landlords selected account to full management services which includes rent collection, deposit registration, legal compliance such as arranging GSC's, EPC's and EICR's, dealing with any maintenance issues on behalf of the landlord, inspection of the property and advice on any tax issues where applicable.

Management Fees:
Becker and Co's management fee ranges from 2%+VAT to 5%+VAT depending on the level of management service requested. This fee is in addition to our letting fee. Please feel free to discuss further with a member of staff the type of bespoke management service that suits your requirements.
