Sales Fees:
Sole Agency fee 1.5%+VAT
Multiple Agency fee 1.75%+VAT
Our charges will be agreed percentage rate of commission as stated, multiplied by the total price payable by the purchaser of the property including any sums payable for fixtures and fittings or any other items.
Referral Fees:
It is the intention of Becker & Co to offer it's full range of services including Estate Agency and Financial Services to all prospective vendors and buyers. If any referral fee is received by Becker & Co, we shall inform any parties concerned prior to this taking place.
We receive no referral fees if we recommend a mortgage broker or solicitor.
